Paige Williamson, RYT-500, attended her first yoga class in 2012. That day, she fell deeply in love with the practice. Through yoga, Paige’s confidence was built and she began to live comfortably in her own skin. She learned how to breathe and in doing so, she learned how the breath anchored her in the present moment and calmed her mind. She quickly developed a home practice after that first class, relying heavily on Yogaglo teachers for direction and instruction.
Paige received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification through Savannah Yoga Center in May of 2016. She continued her studies at Asheville Yoga Center, receiving her 500-hour teacher certification in December of 2018. Paige’s desire as a teacher is to ignite a passion in her students for movement and to facilitate their ability to use that movement as a tool for self-discovery. She challenges her students physically and mentally while providing encouragement and support along the way.
Paige loves to sprinkle yoga philosophy into her classes and she often draws attention to the parallels of practice and real life to remind students that “the yoga” happens as soon as you step off the mat. She also has a deep love for music and spirituality and these two elements often influence the rhythm and tone of her classes. Paige currently teaches vinyasa classes which include Power Hour, Slow Flow, and Vinyasa Flow. Paige also serves as a space holder for Y12SR meetings via Zoom.

Amanda Mosley isn’t a stranger to teaching. She has been an elementary public school teacher in the Toombs County community for 15 years. When she stepped foot into her first yoga class three years ago, she instantly felt at home. Yoga became necessary in her daily life. Yoga provided a safe place for her to grow both physically and mentally. Her passion developed quickly into a desire to share her love for yoga with others.
In 2018, she decided to enroll in the 200 hour teacher training at Savannah Yoga Center and become a Yoga Alliance certified
yoga teacher. During the course of her eight month training, she began teaching a gentle beginner’s class at Sweet Onion Fitness in Vidalia. This teacher at heart looks forward to creating energetic playlists while encouraging students to mute
the chaos of life and stay in the present moment.
