Meet the Instructors

Paige Williamson

Paige Williamson, RYT-500, attended her first yoga class in 2012. That day, she fell deeply in love with the practice. Through yoga, Paige’s confidence was built and she began to live comfortably in her own skin. She learned how to breathe and in doing so, she learned how the breath anchored her in the present moment and calmed her mind. She quickly developed a home practice after that first class, relying heavily on Yogaglo teachers for direction and instruction.

Paige received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification through Savannah Yoga Center in May of 2016. She continued her studies at Asheville Yoga Center, receiving her 500-hour teacher certification in December of 2018. Paige’s desire as a teacher is to ignite a passion in her students for movement and to facilitate their ability to use that movement as a tool for self-discovery. She challenges her students physically and mentally while providing encouragement and support along the way.

Paige loves to sprinkle yoga philosophy into her classes and she often draws attention to the parallels of practice and real life to remind students that “the yoga” happens as soon as you step off the mat. She also has a deep love for music and spirituality and these two elements often influence the rhythm and tone of her classes. Paige currently teaches Yin, Yin Flow, Vinyasa Flow, and Hatha Yoga.

Evan Collins

Evan is originally from Glennville, GA but has traveled throughout the United States and Asia to learn mindfulness practices such as meditation and Qigong. Evan experienced episodes of depression in her teens and 20’s so she began searching for ways to cope with stress. It was during her trip to Nepal in 2014 that she began her study of Qigong and meditation. After returning to the US, Evan quickly decided to leave her career in Corporate Management to teach these time-honored practices to others. She also felt led to pursue a career in life coaching.

Evan is the original founder of The Zen Den and is now an Associate Certified Life Coach through the ICF & Kid’s Yoga teacher through Kidding Around Yoga. She is also certified in Reiki, Level 1 & Qigong, Level 1 & 2. Evan offers workshops and special classes at the Zen Den.

Leslie Gilbert

Leslie Gilbert taught herself yoga through books and VHS tapes before yoga classes online were a thing and long before yoga studios came to her part of Georgia. When the local gym offered yoga and the teacher quit after one class, Leslie’s hairdresser volunteered her for the job. She’s been teaching ever since.

She received her 200-hr YTT from Yogamatrix Studio in Orlando, FL. For more than a decade Leslie has continued her education through various workshops and trainings in the field. Leslie’s classes are based in natural movement and practicing with ease. Her passion is removing obstacles and helping people understand the guru is inside. She loves teaching mixed
level classes and has a special place in her heart for teaching beginners and former couch potatoes.

Her superpower for creating awesome playlists complements her approachable style. She currently teaches Yoga for Beginners at the Zen Den.

Amanda Mosley

Amanda Mosley isn’t a stranger to teaching. She has been an elementary public school teacher in the Toombs County community for 15 years.  When she stepped foot into her first yoga class three years ago, she instantly felt at home. Yoga became necessary in her daily life.  Yoga provided a safe place for her to grow both physically and mentally.  Her passion developed quickly into a desire to share her love for yoga with others.

In 2018, she decided to enroll in the 200 hour teacher training at Savannah Yoga Center and become a Yoga Alliance certified
yoga teacher.  During the course of her eight month training, she began teaching a gentle beginner’s class at Sweet Onion Fitness in Vidalia. This teacher at heart looks forward to creating energetic playlists while encouraging students to mute
the chaos of life and stay in the present moment.

Amanda is the newest teacher
to join the Zen Den teaching team. This Florida native will begin offering a Warm
Flow class on Wednesdays from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m. starting in July 2019.
